I actually haven't gotten my bird yet I am still waiting! However in the meantime I have tons of "beasties" keeping me company :D
A 7 1/2 year old lab/pit/pointer mix, a 4 1/2 year old pug, and a 2 year old boxer/pit mix. All my rescued doggies :) then I have 2 rescued cats one is 5 and the other is 4-5 both siamese cats. And then we have a little ghost corn snake. She is a small little snake but so friendly and sweet :) she is so gentle and docile, little kids can handle her and she is just a really great even tempered snake.
I am a big animal lover! I grew up around reptiles, amphibians, and birds. I've always owned atleast 1 cat. When I was a kid we had snakes, rats, I had an ornate box turtle. It shows now that I am older and I am able to have animals of my own... lol.
